Client Services Manager
Bonnie Spence is the Client Services Manager of both our Employer Sponsored Retirement Plan Division and Insurance Division. She began working with our firm in 1996 and has over 10 years of experience working with Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans and over 30 years of experience in the Life Insurance field. Bonnie manages all facets of both departments by working closely with retirement plan sponsors, participants and plan carriers to facilitate all varieties of service needs as well as assisting with life insurance application processing, policy delivery and the preparation of life insurance proposals and policy summaries. Bonnie offers high levels of customer service and provides prompt, effective client communication. Bonnie holds a BA from The Ohio State University and is a licensed life insurance agent in the State of Ohio.
